WRP provides an enhanced sick pay provision, whereby for longer term sickness absence 100% of the team members salary will be paid the first three months of absence, and 50% will be paid the following six months of absence. In certain circumstances this may be extended.

In the office you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen – fruit, bread, eggs (free range from our own wonderful hens), coffee, tea (various varieties), juice, biscuits etc – which are all provide free of charge.
