7,500sqft new build in Cheshire
Wheelock Heath Business Park is home to several rural companies. One of these businesses had big ambitions but limited space. The time had come to expand its premises or move on. Unusually, it needed an almost 50/50 split of warehouse space and offices, which was proving impossible to find in the local area. The best option was to build a brand new 7,500sqft property on a green field site adjacent to the business park.
