New farm complex within North Cheshire Green Belt
As tenanted farmers, our clients have no guarantee that their lease will be continued. The brothers had already lost the use of storage facilities elsewhere on the wider estate. Nevertheless, the family farm has grown considerably over the last few years, from a core holding of 85 acres to over 1,500 acres. The farmers desperately needed to replace the storage space they had lost and build more storage for their new cereal crops. Thanks to a series of successful planning applications, the farm was able to erect six new buildings. These include new storage facilities on land owned by the brothers, helping to ensure the farm’s long-term economic sustainability.
