Perseverance was needed for this new farm track

It took a bucket-load of perseverance, patience and tenacity to get this project over the finishing line. All our client wanted was a track to reach an existing agricultural building. However, strong local opposition meant the planning application was rejected twice. As a result, increasing damage was done by farm vehicles driving across a field to reach the building. Thankfully, it was a case of third time lucky for the project. Our application included images of the damage caused by the vehicles along with extensive supporting information. Permission was finally granted for the farm track. Our client has now called on WRP for his next project – a new agricultural building on the same site. Let’s hope this application has a smoother road to success!
