CHANGE OF USE OF GREEN BELT WOODLAND FOR GLAMPING SITE

Wharfe Rural Planning are leading a team to apply for a change of use that will transform an area of underused woodland into a tranquil setting for outdoor recreational purposes.

Despite multiple technical challenges, the proposed glamping site will include the provision of safari-style tents, glamping pods and an essential amenity building.

Set in beautiful Cheshire countryside, it will be right on the doorstep of the Peak District and set close to a former railway line that has been reclaimed as a greenway route for walking, cycling and equestrian use.
