Cheshire Green Belt brownfield site redevelopment

We were brought into this project following the refusal of a scheme presented by a large national planning consultancy.

The site, on the outskirts of Knutsford, originally contained a block of four dilapidated flats. As a high value area, various options for design could help our clients maximise profits from the site.

The main challenge was to make the most of the usable floor area, while producing a design that was not materially larger than the building it replaced. That’s why we secured planning permission for a new block of five luxury flats as well as an alternative scheme for two large, detached dwellings.

With computer-generated images enhancing the presentation of the plans, all interested parties were easily able to visualise the scheme…which is now approaching completion.
