FOUR LARGE NEW HOMES IN MOBBERLEY, CHESHIRE

While this development was on redundant commercial land, the approval process was challenging for a number of reasons.

The new homes would be in the Cheshire Green Belt, outside the existing village and impacted by noise from Manchester Airport. Concerns had already been raised by Cheshire East Council planning officers. Thankfully, we were able to work with the council to overcome all of the officers’ concerns.

Our role included creating the concept for a redesigned layout to better reflect traditional rural building techniques.
