LOCALLY LISTED BUILDING REPLACED WITH 25% LARGER DWELLING IN THE CHESHIRE COUNTRYSIDE

WRP secured permission for a beautiful large new family home in the Cheshire Countryside to replace a locally listed building.

The existing house was derelict and permitted development extensions had diminished much of the character of the building.

The Local Authority were able to support the replacement of the building subject to some careful heritage assessments and ecology enhancements.
