NEW HOME FOR EX-TENANTED FARMERS

After renting their farm for many years, our clients discovered their tenancy was not going to be renewed. The family had built up a successful rural business with a large dairy herd and flock of sheep. With eviction looming, they were facing the prospect of losing everything.

Thankfully, Cheshire East Council agreed to the family establishing a new farmstead, complete with farmhouse and outbuildings, on a nearby greenfield site.
