Working alongside Adam Architecture and other outstanding design, ecology and arboriculture specialists, Wharfe Rural Planning are delighted to have been leading on the planning, preparation and submission of a stunning new property in the Alderley Edge area.

Inspired by Georgian Palladian architecture, the house is of classical design by award-winning architects and grounded in magnificent landscaping. Prior to submission, the proposal has already been described as “an elegant and unique ‘jewel’ of a small country house”.
