Replacement dwelling in one of Cheshire’s most sought after locations

This luxury Arts & Crafts style detached property was created from a small 1950’s bungalow which originally stood on Goughs Lane, one of Knutsford’s premier locations.

Wharfe Rural Planning advised on the replacement of the existing house and worked with the architects to maximise the site’s opportunities, including building the front annex and garage first to create on-site accommodation while the rest of the build was completed.

The client, a developer, created the property to be their family home, complete with home office in a permitted development outbuilding in the garden.
