SUCCESSFUL APPEAL AGAINST COUNCIL DECISION

We don’t give up easily. One of our clients was refused planning permission for a large extension to their home in the Staffordshire Green Belt.

We felt the council’s decision was unreasonable and supported our client through an appeal. The inspector agreed with us, granted planning permission and ordered the council to pay our client costs.
