TATTERSALL LIVERY GROWS CAPACITY BY 85%

People don’t always realise that they need planning permission for stables and other outbuildings. Our client wanted to expand its livery business, but already had a riding arena, three stables and a tack room that had been built without approval.

We applied for permission for those buildings plus a further three stables. The application was successful. 11 more horses can now be legally stabled at the yard, and our client can sleep easy at night again!
