Evegate Business Park is a rural business park consisting of office, retail, service and industrial units servicing in excess of 45 thriving businesses.

Wharfe Rural planning have advised on developments at Evegate Business Park for more than 10 years. In that time we have secured permission for five new buildings to double the total amount of commercial floor space for rent.

This successful and well-established family run business is set on an arable farm with picturesque outbuildings, charming courtyards including Oast houses the site has been sensitively restored providing a range of varied and tasteful buildings that characterise this popular business park.

Farm buildings were converted to create a farm shop selling locally sourced fruit and vegetables, and dairy products which is one of the first examples of diversification in the UK.

In addition, we have also secured expansion of the parking and amenity areas along with new landscaping schemes to provide an appropriate setting for the buildings in this rural location.

Evegate boasts its own solar panels suppling 30% of the electricity to the site and provides onsite recycling collection for all tenants. Ever conscious of the environment and energy efficiency, lakes were formed within the surrounding land to relieve the pressure of the flood and supply fresh water to Evegate lakes. Now a wonderful natural habitat for various wildlife where visitors are encouraged to explore the nature trail and woodland.
