NEW FARM BUILDING

For many years our client worked alongside and rented agricultural buildings from the family farm, gradually becoming more commercial in the process. Wanting to gain prior approval for buildings adjoining the now commercial site, while staying on a purely agriculture footing, he came to WRP for help when it became clear the Council were confused about his circumstances and set-up.

Over the years, our planning team have always actively built strong relationships, not just with our clients, but with local Councils, taking the time to get to know both and gain trust. This has been key to the success of our business.

On this occasion, and after speaking with the Planner at length regarding the nature of our client’s business and personal circumstances, we were able to strengthen his need for building and demonstrate that his requirement was wholly genuine.

By the end of the call the application was approved.
